Founder and director of the BENAUDIRA auditory training
Holger Raddatz is hearing scientist, sound engineer, musician, composer and medical practitioner.
The focus of his therapeutic activity are: auditory training, classical homeopathy and pain therapy.
For many years he combines his knowledge from the studies in musicology (Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster) and music (Conservatorium Enschede, NL) with his profession as medical practicioner and with the skills that he has acquired in the field of audio engineering and music electronics.
Since 2001 Holger Raddatz works with auditory training, and since 2003 he supervises other therapists who offer auditory trainings in their practice. This includes expert advice for the therapists and the creation of individual training CDs for their patients.
Just as long it is already researching on possible further developments of auditory training in various fields of application. He composes and tests special training music and explores the relationship between music, language, attention, tinnitus and hearing with the brain activity.
The BENAUDIRA auditory training has resulted from this research.

Christine Krause is speech therapist. She is married and has two daughters.
Her work areas include voice, speech, and hearing disorders, auditory processing disorders, as well as reading and spelling disorders.

Birgit Sofia Krämer

Birgit Sofia Krämer is speech remedial teacher, SI Mototherapist®, Dyslexia trainer (EÖDL) and neurophysiological development promoter NDT / INPP®. She has a practice for speech therapy in Bornheim near Cologne, Germany.
Her work areas include voice, speech, and swallowing disorders, auditory processing disorders and cognitive disorders, reading and spelling disorders and working with children with behavior problems.
Birgit Sofia Krämers’ way of working is based on a holistic approach. In each of her patients, she sees an individual whose skills have evolved in a unique interplay of body-soul-spirit. Therefore, it is her particular concern to provide an individual and holistic treatment that addresses all areas of development and abilities of the patient. The collaboration with the patient and its surrounding system as other disciplines involved is of great importance for her.
Since 1999, she has worked with different methods of auditory training, acquired diverse skills and gained a lot of experience.

Anna Raddatz is Qualified Social Pedagogue and person-centered counselor (Rogers).
As a member of the Center for hearing research and auditory training she is in close contact with the therapists and organizes supervision meetings and training courses for new therapists.
She is BENAUDIRA therpist and part of our team for professional training courses. In her practice for personal development and listening in Münster and Tecklenburg (Germany), she coaches individuals, couples and families and provides the auditory training for children and adolescents.
Appreciation and empathy are especially important for her. “To help people in their development, that is my passion.”
She is married and mother of two children.
